Your reservation will be confirmed as follows:

• You will get an overall view of the cost and the available bookabel extras.
• You inform us which extras you want to book.
• After that you will receive our lease.
• After conclusion of the lease we require a deposit of 10% of your rent.
• The remainig 90% of the rent we require four weeks before your arrival.
• In case of short time-reservation (less than 30 days before your arrival) the entire rent is requested at conclusion of the lease.
• Your reservation is valid after receipt of the signed lease and the payment of your rent.
